Does anyone out there know a great florist in the Tulsa, OK area? I would like to get a little jump start on my Valentine's Day flower shopping but I am at a loss of where to start. I would really like to find a reasonably priced (less than $40), well-known, florist who has high quality products for my Valentine's Day needs. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I would like a dozen (or more) long stemmed, red roses - preferably with delivery. Am I asking for too much? I can't see how this is not something that is possible to find. The national companies have offers like this but I can't find anything local. Any ideas?
